I filled all the asked questions and didn't left anything empty, but the submit button doesn't work l, doesn't allow me to submit the ticket.

Yes I went through the process via the app. So send a private message to the Agent is enough? Is there anything else I can do to speed the fixing up?

Seems to be chronic problem the last couple of days. Customer Support will fix but,..they busy doing the same for other new clients...hang in there.
To be sure...you've downloaded the app to your cell to complete activation...right ? If not...do so now.

Thanks. I purchased a plan but the system stopped me on the last step (6 of 6: Activate) so I can't continue and transfer my number to Public Mobile. I have applied for the e-sim but can't continue the process.

Try using computer instead of phone.
Ticket works only if you are PM subscriber. Otherwise you have to contact agent directly to CS_Agent.
