Long distance calls

I have a Canada US-Mexico plan and was unable to make calls while in Mexico. I am back home in Canada and unable to make long distance calls or even 1-800 numbers. Please help..this is terribly frustrating.

There have been many who've indicated that they are not able to make 1800 calls fir a few months now. You'd need to have customer support review your account and correct.

As for the calls not work in Mexico,  it all depended on what you did to troubleshoot shoot. Roaming and connecting to the local networks there.

Are you able to make local calls successfully ? Some others have trouble making calls to 800 numbers but Customer Support can fix both issues. Tap the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process. Watch your Community Inbox will be highlighted when they respond.

Have you tried a network re-set ?

To make calls while in Mexico...did you dial thusly +1 / area code / number ?

adding...when in Mexico, your cell will connect to the better of AT&T, Movistar or Telcel. You do need to enable Roaming in setting for data to work. Email and calling should work for you as it did for me.
