Won't let me sign into my account says email is invalid. I need to up credit card info and get my phone working please help

When you dial 611 (or the toll free mentioned) what recording do you get? You can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and use 611 to enter them. Or use instant top-up in some stores.
That way you get get your services going again and deal with the credit card more leisurely.

@TrevorP probably you just entered the wrong email. Open a ticket and have PM to sort it out
you can also call 1855-4PUBLIC, then enter your phone numbers, it should tell you you account was suspended, you can top up using that if you know the 4 digits pin

Phone stopped working today as it was time to put more money on and when I try to log in to change credit card info it says email address invalid

@TrevorP you tried to reset using the Forgot password link?
if that didn't work, open ticket with PM support:
