I recently refered a friend and while helping him set up his account I was not shown the spot to enter my referral code. Can I get this corrected so I can earn my rewards?

the spot to enter the code is on the Payment step, there is a button there for Referral code

you can still get the referral bonus, but you need your friend to open a ticket with PM support.  He open the ticket and both of you will get the referral bonus 

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

@Wm2 your friend that just joined and used your referral code will need to be the person to contact a support agent and the agent will be able to add the $10 credit to your friends account, and then you will be earning 1 point for each month that they remain a customer.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
