Can't send pictures from iPhone users

I haven't been able to get pictures from iPhone users on my Android lately, or vice versa. I've turned on group chat and SMS, reset the network settings, tried turning it on and off, turned on and off airplane mode, and have done pretty much everything Google has advised me to do without success. Any recommendations?

@mfizz88  How old is your phone?  Group/picture messages go by MMS and there were some recent APN changes for MMS with certain phones on Telus companies.  See:

I have a weird one that worked for my buddy. Go into network settings, turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile and then reboot. That worked for his Android phone.
