Texting issues

I have an iPhone and can only receive texts from other iPhone users, not Android users. I have another iPhone with a different service provider where I have zero issues. I have no users on my ‘Blocked’ users list.

iPhone 8. Had no issues for years until I upgraded to a different data plan last week.

What is your iPhone and iOS version? I heard that iPhone 7 and below may have a similar issue.

@DJ123  Check Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Options -> Voice and Data - is your phone number checked there?

Not sure if there is a connection but this problem seems to have started the same time I recently upgraded my PM package.

Done already. No change.

first make sure both iOS and Carrier Profile are updated 

then go to Settings/Messages and turn on MMS and Group Messaging
