Hi Everyone,
We have 2 numbers on our account. I just updated our credit card info but now only one number can receive and send calls. Any help in contacting customer service would be most appreciated.

Each number must have a separate account and email address. You cannot have 2 numbers on one account.
You can use the same credit card to pay for multiple accounts.
