Can’t send international text message. Can’t submit a ticket.

I can’t send international text messages. Tried to submit a ticket several times but always told something was wrong. What’s wrong with Public Mobile?

@Danhqf try a phone reboot first.  

Make sure you are sending SMS and not iMessage, maybe even turn off iMessage first and test

try texting other numbers in China

try both 01186 and +86 and the mobile number

if still unable to send,  let us know if the message just sent but the receiver not received,  or you actually get an error message on your end

Hi, thanks for responding to my message. It’s not a new account. Text to Canadian mobile numbers no problem. I had text to Chinese mobile numbers before. Have not received messages from them though. I am using iPhone XS Max.

Hi, thanks for responding to my message. I am using iPhone XS Max. I can send text messages to Canadian mobile numbers but not Chinese mobile numbers. I could send previously but not now. The number format I put in was +86xxxxxxxxxxx. It showed no error on my phone but the recipients never received the messages. I have already created a ticket with your link. Thanks.

a little premature to open a ticket just yet...we can likely help with that. Is this a new account you're using ? Can you text your friends in Canada ok ? Have you rec'd texts from whomever your trying to text to ? have you texted them successfully in the past ? What kinda phone you using ? Answer some or all and I bet we can help fast.

@Danhqf which country you try to send the text to? how you enter  the  phone number in the To field?? you got any error? 9r no error and just your friend never received it?

And you are using Android? you can text locally without problem?
