I attempt to port a number from fido
it just calling out working
Data working
but I cant send and receive sms
and nobody can't calling me??????
My phone number active until October 18,2018

Try shutting your phone of leave it of for 10 seconds turn it on again

How long ago did you start the port? It can take up to 4 hours. If it has been longer you will need to contact the moderators. In the meantime your Fido SIM is probably still working.

- 4 digit PIN (or at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called numbers
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card

It could take from 15mins to a couple of hours for your port to be successful. In the meantime, cycle your phone off and on occasionally. Good luck.
