there has been lots of payment card issue and more lately
please wait an hour and try again, some even say wait 24 hours, then login using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser. If possible, try another card as well
if you need to get your service back quicker, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611
or if you want cs agent to check your acocunt, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

If payment was attempted multiple times from within Self Serve, the card may be tempoarily locked out. You can either try late in the day tomorrow or vouchers can be purchased from various retail stores that carry Public Mobile vouchers.
