Can’t reset password

Hi, my name is Stephanie Broadhurst and i am trying to sign in to my public mobile account and I’ve tried resetting the password but I was what would seem that it was successfully changed. But then when I actually sign in with the new password it would not work and with the 3 attempts I then got locked out. I tried waiting and resetting it, but would say I am locked out. Would appreciate your help.

@sbroadhurst7 - so you are receiving an email to reset the password then? I am unclear if you got to that point.

 

If you have not registered for an account yet, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Otherwise, if the Forgot your password link IS sending you via email the reset details, then clear your browser's cache/cookies, or try a different browser, or open a tab in incognito mode in the browser of your choice. Then after doing that, try logging in with the new password you set.

If your pw still isn't working after you wait. The only option is getting the CSA to reset it for you

Most likely your account is temporary locked due to too many log in attempts.

Try again in 1h and if still does not work, ask agent for assistance.

Wait a full hour before trying again. If you can't wait that long you may get customer support before then....put "password" reset in the subject line and a detailed message explaining the issue.
