did you only recently activate a PM account ? Did you try to port your number to PM ? Check the little envelop icon on top right side of page...I'll send you the number to call for help porting the number.

you requested porting in phone number? Your port was not completed, did you got a text from your old carrier and you replied Yes within 90 mins? That part might not be done properly
