I’m assuming because I can’t confirm my identity with the Confirm Identity SMS? Caught in a loop. Need help. It’s been 2hrs so maybe it takes time to port the new number? I can make calls.

Your old SIM will continue service once porting is completed. Once porting is completed, switch to PM SIM/eSIM.
