Can't receive sms codes to login to my account after transfering to PublicMobile from Phonebox

I just ported in from Phonebox(Rogers) to Public Mobile 40 min ago. Everyting went smooth. The esim is great! The self-serve transfering process was great!  Now I see "Public Mobile" on the upper left corner of my Iphone and I can make calls successfully.

However, after finishing the transfering, when I tried to login to my PM account, I couldn't receive any sms code. No matter how many times I clicked "resend", the sms never shows up.

@david82 this is where the Didn't get code or Resend Code will be found

and did you check if incoming calls and incoming text from friends work?

No, there is no "didn't get the code" for me to tap.

Seems like this is my first login after the transfer and I must use the sms to receive the code.

Try tapping, didn't get the code?

It should give you three options to choose from including, send text, send email, send voice message.

@david82 first, can you receive incoming calls? and any incoming text from friends? if neither works, the porting was not completed, try reboot phone once more and testing incoming calls and texts again

If incoming works and just not 2FA, Try to see if you can get the code via email, on the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email

If Send email works, then go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe id and then check the phone number there is correct

@david82 , this may be a dumb question but have you rebooted your phone? If that didn’t help please reset network settings & reboot.

It sounds like a stuck port of your phone number! Do you still have your Phonebox SIM? Are the codes going to that instead?

Edit: Also, when you installed your eSIM did you do this? In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ is selected, reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot). This suggestion was likely already done though since you can make outgoing calls with the eSIM!
