Can't receive a phone at 1st time

Hi, i've this issue for a while, when somebody try to call me, 1st time always go to VM, 2nd time incoming call went through.

Is it possible you have "repeat callers" set in your Do Not Disturb settings?

This feature allows a caller to ring through when it calls a 2nd time within 15 minutes when Do Not Disturb is enabled with the feature turned on.

At least for Pixel devices that are still receviving updates from Google, there are no VoLTE options in the settings that can be changed.  For these devices VoLTE is automatically enabled as long as the phone is connected to an LTE network.

@judyshi what brand and model of phone do you have?

two things to try and see which one helps

1.  try to enable VoLTE on your device

iPhone: Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Voice & Data, enable 4G or LTE there

Pixel:  Settings->Network and Internet->Internet, click on the settings icon besides SIM 1, turn on 4G calling there

Samsung/ Other Android: Settings->Connection->Mobile Data, enable VoLTE there

2. change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only or WCDMA only
