Been trying for hours to buy Canada wide add on minutes but keeps getting error message that it can't be done right now...

@Edsport Yes I believe the cards fine . I say to wait one full hour because to many failed attempts and the site block the card and lock you out for an hour so try in one full hour . You can also submit ticket with support to help

I tried adding funds by clicking on "Add funds using credit card/debit card. Same message.
My credit do work because i tested it on other sites and no problems making a purchase and i called credit card company and no lock on card...

for workarounds before you can buy the add-on, download and use VoIP app TextNow to make the calls
Or you can load money using voucher and then buy add-on after voucher money added to My Account. Get voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug and load voucher using *611

@Edsport Been a few issues about this today might just be the site . But first try clearing web browser cache and cookies and try again incognito / private mode or from another device even try the app also . See if that helps
