Hi, I have tried to add money to my account using prepaid vouchers calling 611 and it says it cannot process the request. I need to have my service working urgently.

Most important is where you purchased your voucher as it affects validity. Keep in mind that you only get two attempts at making a payment either thru 611 or self serve...total....you then have to wait one full hour before trying again. The following list of retailers all offer pm vouchers that are immediately valid upon purchase and loadable via 611 or self serve.

In there case, the customer has already tried using the automated 611/toll free number system. There are no cookies and incognito mode for that system.

@LyndonJJ Your other option if your voucher is still unable to be loaded is to purchase a voucher from an online service like recharge.com (a fee is charged) and there is no delay for the funds to be applied.

It could take up to 24 hours for voucher’s PIN to become active.
When did you buy voucher?
Redeeming a voucher (#1, #1) or checking balance (#4) doesn't need the PIN. Everything else does.
You can also login to My Account, Payment and load your voucher there.

You could get in touch with CS agent to see what the issue may be for the vouchers not working. In the meantime if you need service up and running and you don't have a credit card or a visa debit option you can buy a prepaid card (Vanilla mastercard etc) and pay that way. You can purchase at a ton of different places (gas stations, convenience stores, etc). Get your service active and then figure out the vouchers issue.
