Payment Voucher

I purchased a payment voucher at superstore at a self checkout and I cannot get the voucher to go through on my account.

Good catch @darlicious , I was wondering about the part on Self checkout too.  

Even regular gift card cannot be self checkout, other than paying, there is a part of "activating" the card that we cannot do ourselves,  I think

You bought a pm voucher at self check out? I was unaware that was an option but you likely missed a very important step. Since the self check out registers cannot print a pm voucher you likely have to take the reciept from self check out and go over to customer service to actually print you the pm voucher.

Here are examples of pm vouchers....I know @Anonymous has tested the validity of RCSS vouchers to be immediate but I don't think there is an actual example in the voucher catalogue but you will see what other retailers pm vouchers look like....you probably need to make a trip back to RCSS.

HI @JL9   from what I know, Shoppers Drug Mart, 7-11, Loblaws, Shell, Walmart should be immediate

I have heard and experienced it sometimes taking 24 hours to activate myself, but above it says Superstore should be immediate, do we have confirmation on the places that are instantaneous so it's much more convenient and we don't have to be waiting around before we can use it.

What kind of error message do you get?

It could take up to 24 hours for voucher’s PIN to become active.

If there are more than one set of 12 digit numbers, did you use the one called PIN# (if English). You can also try to redeem it through the 611 service.

You can also login to My Account, Payment and load your voucher there.

Just use the code called PIN. No other 12 numbers.

Try dialing 611 and enter the voucher number and PIN.

@ltrobar2   Superstore voucher should be able to use immediately.  Are  you putting in the 12 digits code?  did you try to load the voucher using *611?
