I hooked up our three phones with Public. We can’t call each other it just goes to the voicemail of each othehr’s phone. What do we need to do for us to call each other again and have it ring on both sides?

Sounds like it was a porting issue which I'm assuming you resolved with the troubleshooting above?

Did you pick all new numbers for the 3 accounts or did you port your old numbers to PM?
If you picked new numbers, just reboot your phones by holding down the power button and power off then wait 2 minutes then power back on.
If you were porting off, there are extra steps and leave your old SIMs in the phone then reply to the text confirming your are porting to PM then reboot your phone.

Some troubleshooting to try/check below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot
*perform a reset network settings on your device
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*try your SIM card into another compatible phone for a few days to see if the issues are the same...this could rule out a device issue/setting.
*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

You all need to reply YES to the PAT (porting authorization text) within 90 minutes of receiving it with your old sim card in your phones. Contact customer support or call the telus porting department to reinitiate your port request.

@Santars23 Hi did you port your numbers from another provider?if so did you leave your old sims in to approve your ports hopefully you used a different email for each number or that will mess things up
