Hi community. I ported my number to Public Mobile yesterday. It's been more than 24 hours. Everything was working fine until today morning when I tried to make a phone call. As soon as I dial a number, it says that I have used all my minutes. But my subscription plan has unlimited minutes Canada wide. So I don't get it. I'm unable to make or receive calls because of this. Please advise

if you cannot make outbound calls , it is a setup problem with the sim card or the account. Please submit ticket with PM agent by direct message them here:
