Can't make or receive calls!!

This company is really pissing me off. I can't receive or make calls since yesterday. I have some important calls to make since yesterday but none is going through upon my plan is active.

@Archangel_77_   latest update is that issue is resolved.    Please check and confirm. 

If it does not work yet, try reboot the phone once

I wish PM would post something to that effect so customers know that they can get immediate service for this current issue. 

@Hollister   even normal days, they do have agent working overnight, I did receive response from them before

 

i would assume they will have staff working still after 10PM EST.  And Alex Mgr likely will be working still  🙂

Their agent hours are only until 10 pm eastern time. They should have agents working extended hours to make sure everybody who is impacted has service again. For those with no service they are SOL until morning when agents are back.

this is the update from an hour ago

We are receiving updates right now about service being restored. If your service is restored by 12 AM EST (latest, should be earlier) you will receive a communication. If not, it may be a different issue.

If you have no service because you are an impacted VoLTE enabled phone customer, you should have service very shortly, which would mean everything (including call forwarding) should be working.

Calling is still not working for me. I have no idea what was fixed but it's still not working for me.

How did you get in touch with a Koodo tech for public mobile? sorry Im confused

We contacted a CS agent. This morning a Koodo tech support guy fixed the issue. Calling is working now.

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I am having a similar issue I can call only some numbers but not others very odd. Hoping Public fixes this calling issue soon, very disappointed.

@Archangel_77_  Some folks have had luck rebooting the device , some have said it just started to work again while other have gotten thru to support and got a resolve .. PM is aware of the i issue with no official announcement yet

I've done that before typing my message on here. How long is this gonna be fixed? This can't be happening not right now... It's been 2 days and I can't make some important calls or receive important calls. 

 

Some people can lose their job for this. Pls do you know when this issue is gonna be fixed. 

 

I've troubleshot and done all but still I can't make or receive calls.

There is  voice problem with PM network for some users at the moment

 

you can try to Reset All Network and see if it helps

 

If not, please submit ticket with CS agent
