Can't make or receive calls

All of a sudden today. Everyone in my family that is with public mobile.. there are 3 of us.. cannot make or receive calls. They are dropped right away if tried. Is something going on with the system? 

My data seems to be working just not the phone part. And it's not just one phone. It's all 3 of us at the same time so I was wondering if there was a service or tower issue ?

Hmm well my location isn't showing as having an outage. And also my friend who has a Telus phone can make calls just fine .
