I only can receive the phone call message, but I can’t call the same number back as it continue has error message: your phone is not activate on the network. Anyone knows why? Thanks

if new activation, It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
