Hi,
I am having trouble making a payment. Whenever I click submit, it says that I have enough funds available to my current balance.

yes me too! I had to update my payment method...and then choose specified amount and pay it to get it reactivated.

I had the same problem. I think autopay option was blocking me paying manually. instead of amount in full option I chose specified amount on payment page and that seemed to work. I also sent in a ticket and got moderator support.

Do you have enough funds in your balance to cover your plan amount? If not choose "other" amount and enter the difference in funds owing.

Yes it says the account is suspended due to insufficient funds.

@stang123 Try clearing your cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode on a new browser when retrying. You can also wait another hour before retrying. You may need to click the Reactivate option a couple of times too.
Is the account showing suspended or autopay didn't work? If paying by vouchers, sometimes they can take a few hours before the funds on those become available.
