I have unlimitrd talk and text in my plan. I have had it for a month. Today I get a merssage saying that I don't have talk in my plan. I need my phone.

You mention you've had the plan for a month. Have you paid your monthly fee? It's possible you may have forgotten to renew your account/pay the monthly fee. If you have autopay it's possible the payment did not go through, mine didn't go through and I needed to manually pay. If this is the case, check your bank account/credit card to see if the payment went through or not.
If the payment did not go through it will suspend your account until it is paid. In the Overview section of your SelfServe page check your account status. I attached an image here with a red arrow highlighting the account status. If it does not say active, check to make sure your payment was made.

It is working now. It just didn't like the local number that I tried to call.

What plan are you on? What does your account status say? Active or suspended?

Choose 3 vertical dots in your post (top right) and remove phone number. This is a public forum.
Did you try putting a 1 in front.

@mrfrankt It is a really bad idea to post personal info like your phone number on a public forum. Click the 3 dots top right of your message and select edit to remove them.
Contact a moderator as follows: Click the chat bubble bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;
or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
