Ever since the new update to the website I’ve been trying to pay my phone bill but I’ve lost access to the email registered to my account and I’m unable to get the 6 digit code to verify. Is there a way around this or is it possible to change the email linked to said account? Thanks.

@Colbywest01 If you need to make a payment urgently, then purchase a voucher sold by most major retailers, gas stations or convenience store, or even online vendor recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee and dial 611 on your phone to load the funds. That gives you more time to sort out the email issue.

HI @Colbywest01 technically you can still use the same email address as username to login, you just need to ask to send the 2FA code to your phone /sms
But yes, you should ask PM CS agent to change the email address used ,
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
