Hi,
I can't log in to My Account. Tried several times and changed the password, but still, get the error "Email or password is incorrect. Please try again, or reset password."
I want to cancel a plan that I added by mistake ( replied YES to a message from Public Mobile) so need to log in ASAP. Any idea regarding this?

If you really have to change password you should wait 15-20 min to try to log in again. Usually it is NOT needed to change password as web page might be off.
First remedy should be: Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Use computer not phone to log in.

I was having trouble logging into my account as well, except it was giving me a page expired notification. What I discovered is that after I selected my username and had the password in, I should not click Sign In but rather just let it go to the next page itself. Sometimes I have to put the username and password in again. I can always successfully log in then.

I would definitely open a TICKET. I know from experience that I was able to the help I needed by having a ticket opened. Be persistent but patient.
