Hi,

I can't get in to my account, I have tried re-setting my password but it still won't let me in. What can I try?

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

 then  Reset Password
 
after change password successfully close all browser and one page inPrivate mode, To Login Page

@quilterjoy24 , you could try using incognito mode on your browser.

Try different browser before starting to reset passwords.

Try incognito/private mode. Clean cache. Use computer not phone to log in.

If everything fails, contact agent.

 

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

if you already tried Reset Password and fails, please open ticket with CS agent and they will reset it for you

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
