I would like to change the email associated with this account

contact support team by  CS_Agent  to change email and set new password.

 

also change the community email address by yourself at  My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)

to keep all accounts for same email for rewards.

@Janedb    If it's your self serve account requiring email change, then you need to submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support to change it.  Here's link for the chatbot:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

 

If unable to submit a ticket, then send a private message to CS_Agent:  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

 

For Community email, you can click your avatar, then settings and change the email yourself, however, to receive any community rewards (if eligible) then you need both accounts to have the same email address.

For Community account, you can change email yourself here

For My Account, you have to open ticket with PM cs agent and they will make the change for you:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Hello, I did it once . You need to contact CS_Agent and require to change. You are NOT able to change by yourself online .
