Can't login to account

Is anyone having issues logging into their account. It won't load.

@CalvinW , My Account webpage & Public Mobile app is working for me now! Its still a little slow but getting better.

@CalvinW Looks like excitement over the new $34/40 and $40/50 plans released this afternoon are generating a lot of traffic.  It's not down so much as struggling under the load.  You can either keep trying and hopefully it will eventually load or give it some time.

@CalvinW , YES! I can’t load the app nor My Account on any browser (I use private/incognito mode). I’ve been trying for half an hour!

Same here, both web and app are down.

I just login and it was working, but it takes slightly longer than this morning.  Try again
