I haven't been able to log onto my account. When I tried to reset my password, the security question was wrong too. My parents made this account for me a long time ago so they don't remember the password and the security question either anymore. Also the current email on my account is my mother's, I would like to change it to my own if that's possible. Thank you so much!

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
only them will reset for you,

@Hellen613 if you already tried Forgot password link and unable to do so, only PM support can assist now. You can use chatbot to open tickets or private message:
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
