I'm very happy with my PM account -- however for the past couple of days or so I can't log on to my account page. Is there perhaps a problem with the PM server?

Maybe try a different browser or clearing cache/cookies or using incognito/privacy mode. I know it doesn't help you but I can log in fine.
Maybe the 611 service can do what you need in the meantime.

What message is it giving you when you try to log in?
In the last week, I've had two separate accounts where the password got rejected or became invalid for no apparent reason, and I know I had the correct passwords. For one, I used the password reset, and for the other I ended up getting the moderators to reset the password for me when the reset tool failed.
We have 3 PM accounts but for the past few days unable to log in to any of them. We have Bell Fibre WIFI that works fine and have no problems log into other web sites. When we try to log in to PM the page just times out. Could the PM server just be overloaded ?

I have been able to log into self serve. Trying using a different browser.
