i cant log into make payment.
Keeps sending me a code then back to log on screen and then same cycle?

Hi @KGF so, you got to the point where you have a choice to receive the 2FA code. You choose one of them
Wait on the same page, and enter the code, it send you back to login page after you enter the code?
I can login without trouble, so, it is not the system.
Maybe you can submit a ticket with CS agent to have a look
Please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I can send my phone a code to log in or email..Just to ensure message then sends me back to login page then back to code one big circle

@KGF so, you were able to get the code via email or phone but just cannot login?
Please try again but using Incognito mode to login. Or try a different browser, Edge or Chrome or Firefox, etc

@KGF Are you using incognito/private mode on the browser? Or try again with a different browser because caching problems with the self serve site.
