@mcathyross   Are you asking if your name and number is displayed for outgoing calls or that you don't see the caller ID for incoming calls?

 

Just to clarify PM does not offer name display for making outgoing calls but your number will display to the recipient unless they've also saved your name in their contacts' list.

 

For incoming calls, caller ID will depend on what the carrier of those callers allow on their end and PM wouldn't have any control over that.

as a new customer, you may find the caller ID may take a day or two to sort itself out. If it doesn’t after several days, contact support agents.

 

In the interim, check your devices call settings to ensure they are not set to block your caller ID from displaying on outgoing calls

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 

  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
