@CS_Agent i want to get on the new plan, self serve gives me an error when i try to retreive my password please help! i've been a customer forever but i'll have to leave the service if i can't get this resolved

@kingrat, the password reset feature is broken. You will need to reach out to the moderator team to complete the password reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
