Hi there

 

after going through activation i received this message "

- Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank">publicmobile.ca/community for assistance."
 
followed by:
 
"Thanks for submitting your activation request. Your request has been processed. Full details are below.

 

I tried to call and it says there's a automated voice mail saying i don't have voice feature added. Even though i paid for the voice and data plan.

 

I also cannot login, it says my email is unrecognized.

i am registered on the network. However i cannot call or use data. 

Also i am still unable to login.

 

I realized I accidently put in march instead of feb on my birthday. I'm not sure if this is the cause of the error?

 

Oh and i didn't port any numbers, it's a new phone number.

The self serve account took me 2-3 hrs before it was up and running. Try popping the SIM card in first and see if you have service. You should be able to send calls but not recieve it until the porting process is complete.
