I cannot log in to my account, it will not work on the website or app.
As mentioned earlier, try clearing your app/browser cache. You can also try resetting your email or password. If all else fails, I recommend you visit the Public Mobile Customer Support Page.

What's the error message you are recieving? Have you tried clearing your browser/app cache?
