My current phone number is linked to a different eversafe account. I ported this phone number to this account from a Bell account. I cant receive texts from eversafe to this account with the phone number only the email address. I would like to notify eversafe that this is my number now but cannot update the information.

@JJfour Sounds like you need to contact customer service then, open a ticket using the chat icon bottom right of this page.

I tried and it would not let me proceed because it said it was linked to another account.

@JJfour You need to log in to your account then go to the Eversafe Profile and select Manage Eversafe. You can change the number yourself there.
