I think it is because I entered an IMEI number instead of my Koodo account number, but my subscription will not compete, I can log in, and then get instantly sent to an error page with a link to support chat, no way to change my information, please help!

you got trouble with the account porting step during Subscription?
are you porting from Koodo Prepaid or Postpaid? If you have a Koodo Prepaid account, you need to get a new phone number first, then request porting with PM support AFTER the activation is completed
