I have an account that was created a few years ago and that contains a plus symbol in the email.
For example, text+text@gmail.com
I can no longer log in even though I'm using the same email and the correct password.
The error I get is "unknown request failure".

Have you set up Eversafe Login before?

The website is also finicky. You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.

Did you try to use computer and clean browser, incognito mode?
