Hey guys, any one else getting a blank white screen when trying to access 'my account' ? everything else seems to work ok. I even got my girlfriend to try on her account in the next city and the same thing.

System is iffy even if you hit the back button..

 

 

First check if your credit card was charged. If it was.. put sim in it may have activated...try and see if anything worked.

 

If you were not charged...system locks sim for 50 minutes...so clear history/cookie cache ...wait an hour ...open fresh browser and try in incognito mode

I did them manually, @DinoFlint. Lots of old ones I never use and a few I only need occasionally. Down to the ones I use often now.

See it's Greyed out it's not as dark as the other sections.. leave it blank.

Register your sim with a temporary number. And then port your number over from within "my account"

Is it greyed out? then ignore it. Also, leave the cc apt field blank. If you need to add an apt #. put it in the street address field apt#-Street address.

You probably need like 1/5 of those, so WRITE them down before you clean them

Holly Molly you have 300 passwords in browser cache, that is a disaster waiting to happen

I think that you are right, the servers could not handle the last minute buyers

The solution is simple, extend the offer so everybody will fit in :]

@Mommaj try contacting a moderator . Supply them with the SIM number and plan you are trying to activate. So, there is a record of it with them. Explain what happened . It's not your fault that you can't activate it. You should still qualify for the Lunar promotion . 

To contact a moderator . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one . (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket )

Didn’t get to that point yet. I just had given my number I wanted to use

@Mommaj So I did the counter intuitive thing and now I have the same issue. I deleted my cache and cookies etc, and tried again, like we do when things aren't working...

 

However, in my case they WERE working and now they are NOT. If I have any success bringing it back, I'll let you know. I guess I shouldn't have cleared my cache, lol.

Logging into self serve works flawlessly out here on the west coast (3 different accounts over the past 20 minutes).

Clear your browser, try incognito mode, different browser, often giving it a bit of time  also helps.

However, when I start a new device or service I normally try to test anything that comes to mind.

Starting with a blank screen is not promissing
