How do I change my renewal date?

Payments are processed when your current cycle (30 or 90 days) is over.

If you want to change when your cycle ends, you would need to change plans or get the mods to reset your plan in the middle of your cycle.  However, you would loose whatever is left in your plan at that point (and not get any refund).

Generally, you don't. Depending on your price plan, your plan will renew every 10, 30, or 90 days. This means that it can be on a different numbered day during some months.
