Can’t log in or reset password for self serve

I can’t log in, reset password, or register a new account without the message “login failed” slightly frustrating because I’m almost out of data and just trying to add some more. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

how to clear cache and cookies and History visit Here link,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

 

and if still not fix it please you Have To Submit a Ticket To Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent,

 

Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

If you pay with a voucher, you won't need the PIN.

Maybe try that if you're in a bind, while waiting to sort out the login issue.

I can’t add data by calling 611 because they won’t accept my 4 digit pin that I made in person. I wish I could just talk to a real person?!?

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.

I just tried with current browser I am using. No issues...

As suggested, try different browser, different browser mods. Try logging in from different computer/phone.

I believe you can add add-on calling 611

Try another browser or incognito mode.

You can also add data via calling 611.
