Hi, I paid my bill in Oct 19, but the usage are still not updated after a week(Oct 25). So, I am running out of data and call limit. What can I do to refresh my usage? Thanks

Was your renewal date on Oct. 19th; OR, did you just make a manual top up and add the funds to your Available Funds area...thinking this would renew your plan - which it does not renew your plan this way.
You need to downgrade or upgrade your plan to renew your plan early, OR ask Customer Support to do that for you if you are wanting an early renewal of the same plan (note, no prorating of the plan that has already been paid for).

@Beefat : The usage details are delayed. You wouldn't see the most recent usage. The counters on the overview page are almost immediate though.
If you choose not to post a screenshot then I'd be interested to know what the CSA's find for you. Please do report back.

Check your usage history in your account.
If your data didn't reset then submit a ticket.

@Beefat : When is your renewal? Are you looking at your phone usage or the usage in the self-serve?
As always, a picture tells a 1000 words. Maybe post a screenshot of your overview page. Blank out personal info of course.
