Hi,
I just tried to port a phone number to Public mobile from freedom mobile. It seems my text to trigger the port didn't go through. I'm now stuck because it seems the port timed out. I can't seem to login to this eversafe system it requires an sms code that never arrives. I have tried the reset password trick as well as the multiple login attempts. I need help. This is an extremely poor customer experience. Can an agent please reach out to me via email.

@Rupal - So you did receive the SMS port request on the Freedom SIM card?
Call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to see what the status says.
Have you restarted your phone and performed a reset of the device's network settings? Try that. Do you have another phone to test the SIM card into.
As for eversafe, if you choose didn't receive code do you get the option to get the code via email? Or maybe try the forgot your email option.

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble),
2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.
