Hello
when I log into my account, it lands on a page asking me to finish setting up my account
I have an account with you
I cannot prove past that page to access my account details and to update my account. I’ve been trying this for a week.
im currently in the us and imagine I’m incurring roaming charges since I haven’t been able to change my phone plan
please help
1 correct my login landing page so I can access my account details
2 update my plan to the current us Canada phone offer allowing phone text and data in the us and Canada - unlimited (39)
3 reverse current charges incurred while I’ve been in the us the past week
i just figured out how to submit this complaint / request for your help
i hope to hear back soon
