Can't make outgoing calls (error 7B1)

Hello community,

I just ported my number a day ago. I can receive calls and use data, but cannot make outgoing calls. I get an error message "7B1" saying my number is not activated on the network.

It's been almost 24 hour since porting, should I wait or contact customer support? Thanks.

It seems the port didn't fully go through. I will send you the porting team number to call to get this resolved. Please be sure to keep an eye on the top right corner where you’ll see this icon show up.
