Can’t get into eversafe avcount

  • Just purchased a nee plan, activated the eSIM with a new number. I am able to make outgoing calls with the new service but not receiving texts or calls on it. I can sig in to PM but then it asks me to sign in to eversafe and they are sending the code to the number that doesn’t work. Problem is I am not receiving texts on the number they are sending to and no option to send the code to email.  
    How do I get this fixed? This is ridiculous!

If I click resend code, it never gives me other options. It just resend the code to the phone number that cannot receive texts.

and no, I did not port a phone number. It was a new activation with a new phone number that has never been in use.

if you click Resend code, is 'Send email" an option there?

Also, did you port in your number? are you receiving incoming calls on PM sim?
