Can't find my old rewards

I can't find my old add-ons that were given by PB at Christmas in the past. They were blocks of data and long-distance minutes. Were these deleted?

Login My Account or App, click Usage Breakdown under the usage meter and they will show up there

They should be there. If you are on the web page click on the OVERVIEW page.

Then Usage Breakdown right in the middle.
