Can’t confirm identity

I was signing up my partner, and I replied yes to transfer her number to public from Koodo. They switched the number before I was able to get the text necessary to confirm identity with public. So currently she has no service with either Koodo or public bc she can’t confirm via text message OTP

@Portatious, are you able to select the option "Didn't get code"? If so try tapping on Resend code but this time select to receive it by email. If you are still unable to confirm your identity contact  a support agent, they should be able to get you working quickly. You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
